This case study details the comprehensive plumbing work required for a luxury master bathroom renovation. The primary challenge was replacing old, corroded galvanized steel pipes with durable, modern PEX piping to eliminate persistent rust issues and improve water pressure. Our team installed all new fixtures, including a dual-head, high-flow shower system and a contemporary, water-saving toilet. We relocated the drain and water lines for a new freestanding soaking tub, ensuring perfect alignment and leak-free performance. A critical component was the installation of a tankless water heater strategically placed to provide on-demand hot water to the new bathroom.
