Job Responsibilities

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of GRMGO retail outlets. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring smooth customer service, monitoring inventory, maintaining store presentation, driving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. A diploma or certification in Sales/Retail Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

4–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industry. Prior experience in managing a retail team is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability.

  • Knowledge of retail software (billing, POS systems, stock management).

  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and achieve sales targets.
