The E-Commerce Specialist will manage GRMGO’s online sales platforms and website. Responsibilities include uploading and maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, coordinating with logistics, ensuring smooth order processing, handling customer queries, and optimizing online visibility through SEO and marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology. Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce management will be a plus.
1–3 years of experience in managing online stores or marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar). Experience in the jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle sector will be an advantage.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling techniques.
Basic SEO and product listing optimization skills.
Strong analytical skills to track sales, returns, and customer behavior.
Ability to coordinate with warehouse/logistics and resolve order-related issues quickly.
