Job Responsibilities

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, chats, and emails. The role includes providing product information, resolving issues related to orders, assisting with returns/exchanges, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction for both retail and online clients.

Educational Requirements

Minimum 12th pass is required. A Bachelor’s degree in any stream will be preferred. Candidates with training in customer service or communication will have an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail support. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Additional Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, chat handling).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.
